  • How long have you been a florist?
    I began creating floral bouquets in 2005 as a hobby. I quickly realised it was something I absolutely loved, and continued learning from there. My first wedding booking was in 2006, and the word spread through family and friends, but I have spent the past 16 years learning about flowers, and the trade. It was during lockdown in 2021 that I began selling my bouquets at Flower Farm Shop in Godstone. Now I create for all occasions.
  • Do you sell funeral floral tributes?
    Yes I do. However, I find that flowers for loved ones that have departed are specific to each customer, so you won't find them for sale in my online shop just now. But please call me to let me know what you would like. My prices are competitive, and service is personal.
  • Do you personally deliver the flowers?
    I deliver bouquets and arrangments to all local areas within a 8km radius of Godstone, Surrey. I also deliver and set up any Wedding or Funeral flowers booked through me, and some of those have been as far as 40 miles. All other deliveries are Royal Mail or trusted courier and arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. Although all of my customers so far have recieved their flowers within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Can you cater for a small budget wedding?
    Absolutely. During lockdown I catered for weddings with a £70 budget. Another, required a bridal bouquet and buttonhole so was my smallest budget to date. Everyone wedding is unique. Some would love a large flower budget but simply cant afford it. Thats fine. it is my job to make sure the flower choices are the best for your price range.
  • How much notice do you need to make a bouquet?
    For a bouquet I require 48 hours notice. If you request something specific for example a tropical bouquet, or favoured colours and blooms, at least 5 days notice. For sympathy flowers (funeral) I require 7 days notice, and for weddings at least 4 weeks.

Purchase Contract:
This web site is operated by The Little Flower Girl ('We', 'Us', 'Our'). All purchases made on this web site are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time, although the Terms and Conditions governing any given purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order. If you order goods after we have published the changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly. You should check prior to each order to ensure that you understand the precise Terms and Conditions applicable to your purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since the most recent order we will display the date when these Terms and Conditions were most recently updated. 
We will conform acceptance of your order by either message or email within 24 hours of the order being placed to the phone number or email address given at the time of your order being placed on our website. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we shall supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
All prices are in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT. The price of the goods will be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order. (This is done when you click the 'Checkout' button) Subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable. If you subsequently amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the amended item(s) at the time that the amended order is confirmed. Please note that when promotions are offered for a limited period of time subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered. The price of the goods does not include a charge for delivery.
Although we endeavour to hold stock of items advertised for sale On our site this can not be garenteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. All flowers and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
Orders will be dispatched to the postcodes stated on our delivery page. You will be informed of any delay is is so occurs.
Rights to return goods:

If goods are faulty and damaged, We require photo evidence of the purchased flowers at the time of their delivery to the postcode, and any grievances with the purchase. Once we are in receipt of the photo evidence, a decision will be made as to your refund. We reserve the right to refuse refund if the goods are undamaged. A full refund will only be given if the flowers are in an un-displayable state on arrival to original destination given at checkout during purchase. 
Your refund if given, will be paid into the same account as in the purchase contract within 30 days of receipt of the evidence given to us. 
Warranty and Liability:
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will restrict our liability for death or personal Injury. Resulting from our negligence, neither will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights. In addition that outlined above we will not be deemed above we will not be deemed to be in breech. of contract or of these terms and Conditions as a result in any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations is if that delay or failure to perform is due to any case or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riots, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil acts of terrorism or war. other than as set out above our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contact will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained within that order.
